Cassotor designs and fabricates custom mechanical equipment for roll forming and continuous production applications. Our work is developed around the material, profile, production requirements and existing equipment involved in each project.
BUILT AROUND THE APPLICATION
No two production requirements are exactly alike. Cassotor works from the customer’s required profile, material, operating conditions and production objectives to develop equipment suited to the application. Projects may range from individual mechanical assemblies to equipment designed to integrate into a larger production line.
MECHANICAL & SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Projects can be supplied as mechanical equipment or developed with hydraulic, electrical and controls requirements incorporated into the overall system. Where specialized controls or electrical integration are required, Cassotor coordinates with established third-party partners as part of the project.
